Team Performance brings sales results, lead-management activity, customer communication, and app activity into one screen. Use it to review your own work or compare the team members available to you.
The screen is available to logged-in users. The team members you can select depend on your access:
| Access | Team-member selection |
|---|---|
| Team-wide access | Select any of the available team members, individually or together. |
| Individual access | Only your own name appears and is selected automatically. |
When first opened, the report displays Sales Performance for Current Week, with the available team members selected.
The filters at the top of the screen control the report below. Results refresh when you change a selection.
Choose one of four categories:
| Category | What it helps you review |
|---|---|
| Sales Performance | Deals won, deal value, and reward points. |
| Lead Management Activity | Leads added, comments added, and leads assigned. |
| Customer Communication | Incoming calls, outgoing calls, call duration, texting, email, and WhatsApp activity. |
| App Metrics | App usage time, quotes, invoices created, and locations visited. |
Choose the period you want to review:
| Timeline | Period covered |
|---|---|
| Today | The current date. |
| Yesterday | The previous date. |
| Current Week | Sunday through Saturday of the current week. |
| Last Week | Sunday through Saturday of the previous week. |
| Current Month | The beginning of the current month through today. |
| Last Month | The complete previous calendar month. |
| Current Year | The beginning of the current year through today. |
| Last Year | The complete previous calendar year. |
| Lifetime | From your organization's creation date through today. |
| Custom Date Range | The start and end dates you choose. |
Preset options show the actual dates in brackets. For example:
Current Week
That is an example of a Sunday-to-Saturday reporting week. The dates change with the selected period. Reports use your organization's timezone.
For Custom Date Range:
Both dates are required. The end date must be the same as or later than the start date. The selected end date is included in the report.
For users with team-wide access:
Select at least one team member to display a report.
Select all follows your search. If eight users are available but your search shows only two, Select all affects those two users. Existing selections outside the search remain unchanged. Clear the search to apply Select all to the full list. If no names match, Select all is disabled.
For users with individual access, your own name remains selected; other team members cannot be selected.
The table groups metrics into columns and shows one row for each selected team member.
Totals follow the current category, timeline, and team-member selections. If you select two users, the totals reflect those two users.
Some totals describe activity, while others describe values or time. Always read the column heading and unit when interpreting a number.

|---|---|
| Deals Won | The user's deals recorded as won under HelloLeads reporting rules for the selected period. |

| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Leads Added | Leads added by the user during the selected period. |
| Comments Added | Comment activity reported for the user during the selected period. |
| Leads Assigned | Lead-assignment activity reported for the user during the selected period. |
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|

| Calls Duration | Reported call duration, displayed in hours, minutes, and seconds. |
| Texting | Recorded text-message activity. |

Incoming and outgoing calls appear separately, making it easier to review each type of communication.
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| App Usage Time | Reported app usage, displayed in hours and minutes without seconds. |
| Quotes | Quote activity recorded for the user. |
| Invoices Created | Invoice creation activity recorded for the user. |
| Locations Visited | Location-visit activity recorded for the user. |
The report compares the selected period with the immediately preceding period of the same duration. For example, a full reporting week is compared with the preceding full week.
Comparison indicators appear beneath the column headings and beside each user's values.
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green upward arrow and a percentage | The value increased compared with the previous period. |
| Red downward arrow and a negative percentage | The value decreased compared with the previous period. |
| Green upward arrow and New | The previous value was zero and the current value is positive. |
| 0% | The value is unchanged, including when both periods have zero. |
| A dash | The comparison or value is unavailable. |
Examples:
The overall percentage compares the combined current and previous values for the selected team members. It is not an average of their individual percentages.
An upward arrow indicates an increase in the measured value. Consider the metric itself when deciding what that change means for your team.
Select an underlined value in a user's row to open its details in a side sheet on the right.
Not every metric supports a lead breakdown. Values without an available drill-down, including zero values, are not shown as clickable links.
For supported lead-based metrics, the side sheet shows:
Each card can include:
| Detail | What you see |
|---|---|
| Lead name | First name and last name. |
| Professional details | Designation and organization name. |
| Lead score | The recorded lead score. |
| Lead stage | The lead's current stage. |
| List name | The list associated with the lead. |
| Lead potential | The recorded potential. |
| Lead source | Where the lead originated. |
| Deal size | The recorded deal size with the organization's currency. |
| Assigned to | The assigned team member's name. |
| Next follow-up | The recorded follow-up date and time, shown in the organization's timezone. |
Missing details are shown with a dash where appropriate.
Use the side-sheet search box to search by:
The search applies to all matching visitors for that metric, not just the visitors on the visible page. A new search returns you to page 1.
Choose a sort field:
Then choose Ascending or Descending. Changing the sort returns you to page 1. The initial sort is Next follow-up, ascending.
The summary shows both the visible range and the filtered total. For example:
Showing 1–50 of 130 matching visitors
This means 50 visitors are displayed on the current page, and 130 visitors match the selected metric and search.
On later pages, the range changes:
If a search matches 11 visitors, the summary becomes Showing 1–11 of 11 matching visitors. With no matches, it shows Showing 0 of 0 matching visitors.
An activity count and a matching-visitor count may differ. One visitor can have several calls, messages, comments, or other activities. The lead list shows each matching visitor once.
The list normally displays up to 50 visitors per page. The final page may contain fewer.
Select the close button, select the shaded area outside the sheet, or press Escape to return to the report.
Selecting an available Locations Visited value opens location details, including the recorded address and visit time where available. This is a location view, so it differs from the lead-card list described above.
The Excel download contains the selected report's user rows, team totals, comparison values, and filter information.
Export applies to the main report. Searching inside the lead-details side sheet does not change the main report's export filters.
The Export action is unavailable while the report is loading or when there are no report rows to export.
Placeholder shapes appear while the screen prepares its filters and report. They resemble the table headings, totals, team-member rows, and Export button. Real content replaces them when it is ready.
If no data matches the selected filters, review the timeline and team-member selections. Try a broader date range or another report category.
If the side sheet has no matches, clear or change its search text. Remember that the side sheet remains limited to the selected metric, user, and reporting period.
Use the displayed Retry action. For an export failure, use Retry export. You do not need to enter your filters again simply to retry the request.
Select at least one team member before viewing a report.
All logged-in users can open the screen. Users with team-wide access can select from the available team members. Users with individual access see only their own name.
Current Week is selected by default. A reporting week runs from Sunday through Saturday, using the organization's timezone.
Yes. Choose Custom Date Range, then select both From date and To date. The end date is included in the report.
No. Select all applies only to the users currently matching the search. Selections outside the search remain unchanged. Clear the search to apply Select all to the full available list.
They combine the results for the selected team members, category, and timeline. Changing those filters changes the totals.
New means the previous period's value was zero and the current period's value is positive. A percentage increase is not shown for that case.
Underlined values have an available detail view. Not every metric supports a lead breakdown, and zero values do not open a drill-down.
One visitor can have several activities. For example, multiple calls may relate to the same visitor. The lead list shows that visitor once, while the metric can count multiple activities.
Yes. It searches all matching visitors for the selected metric, team member, and reporting period. Starting a search returns you to page 1.
It means the current page displays visitors 1 through 50, and 130 visitors match the current selection and search. The range changes as you navigate pages.
Use Edit lead where available. The usual HelloLeads editing permissions and lead-lock rules still apply.
The Excel download contains the main report's selected user rows, team totals, comparison values, and filter information. A search inside the lead-details side sheet does not change the main report's export filters.
Use the displayed Retry action. If there is no matching data, review the selected dates, team members, or side-sheet search text. For an export failure, select Retry export.
