Landing Pages – Create, Share & Convert

Landing Pages are the face of your business, product or service in the Digital Space. It allows you to showcase your products and services in an attractive way. But it usually requires the support of a developer to create it as an actual web page and get it hosted in your website.

HelloLeads CRM is revolutionizing this space by introducing Hello Pages.

In addition to quickly creating landing pages, you can:

  • 1.Create unique sharing message or content for each Hello Page

  • 2.Share Hello Pages via WhatsApp, Email and Text in one click

  • 3.Keep a track on which lead had opened your Hello Pages

Creating a Hello Page

To create a new Hello Page in the Android app,

Click on the Menu Panel & choose Hello Pages

HelloLeads CRM has a couple of sample landing pages preloaded. You can also create a new one by tapping on ”+” button in the bottom right corner

The following 4 details are mandatory to create a Hello Page.

Hellopages

  • Cover Page

  • Title

  • Sub Title

  • Short Description

You can also add the below Media pages to your Hello Pages

  1. Images - You can directly select images from your phone storage and a quick caption to each image you add for a page

  2. YouTube videos – In one-click, you can add a YouTube video in the Hello Page, to add – Go to YouTube > Select your preferred video > Click on ‘Share’ and copy the link > Paste the URL in HelloLeads and click on the YouTube icon to verify

  3. Files – If you would like to share product brochures to your leads/ customers, you can make use of this ‘Files’ section to add PDF documents – for each PDF you can add a caption

  4. Location – You can use this section, to give access to any location. On one-click your leads/ customers will be able to access the provided location from the Hello Page. Click here to learn more on how to add a location in Hello Pages

  5. Notable links – If you would like make your leads to access a specific web page, collect any additional information or make a payment – you can add details to this section.

  1. HelloForm Link - Choose the list where you want the guest details to be captured.

In addition to the page details and media files, you can also create a page specific ‘Sharing text /message content’. This content will be auto-populated when you share a Hello Page from HelloLeads application. Customize this message content to improve your customer engagement.

Preview and Sharing

To create a new Hello Page in the Android app,

Click on the Menu Panel & choose Hello Pages

To share a Hello Page, follow the below 4 simple steps.

  • 1.Hello Pages > Tap on a specific page

  • 2.Tap the ‘Share’ icon

  • 3.Select 1 or more leads, to whom you wish to share the Hello Page > Tap on ‘Tick’ icon

  • 4.Tap on the ‘Send’ icon against each lead to share the Hello Page

  • 1.By default, WhatsApp is selected as a preferred method, you can change as needed

  • 2.The pre-saved share message will be populated and can be modified as per your business needs

Manage Page – Edit and Delete:

Managing an existing Hello Page is easy and quick – you can any time edit and modify the page details – Title, Sub-title and Description or any media files and caption details as same as creation.

To edit a page:

Hello Pages > Tap on a specific page > Click on 3 dots > Select ‘Edit’ > After modifying details > Tap on ‘Tick’ to save the changes

To delete a page

Hello Pages > Tap on a specific page > Click on 3 dots > Select ‘Delete > Upon confirming, the page will be deleted forever

Once deleted, for whomever the page has been shared earlier, the link will no longer be valid and they will be not able to access your Page and its contents

Page Insights- Identify High Prospects

By just creating a Landing Page and sharing it , we would have no data to understand if we have reached out to people with our product or service. Page Insights allow us to have real-time data on Page Activity and it helps in identifying High Prospect Leads.

To access page insights:

Hello Pages > Tap on a specific page > View Insights

Page Activity:

  • 1.Total shared – shows the unique count of leads/ customers to whom the specific Hello Page has been shared

  • 2.Opened – shows the unique count of leads/ customers who had opened the specific Hello Page, among whom it has been shared earlier

  • 3.Unopened – shows the unique count of leads/ customers who had not opened the specific Hello Page, to whom it has been shared earlier

Potential Leads:

  • 1.Viewed in last 3 days - shows the unique count of leads/ customers who have opened the specific Hello Page in the last 3 days

  • 2.Viewed more than 1 time - shows the unique count of leads/ customers who had opened the specific Hello Page more than 1 time

Note: On tap on the count, you will be able to view those specific leads.

Roles and Permissions:

As per permissions allotted for users in each role,

  • Only Account Owner, Manager can create Hello Pages

  • All Hello Pages created in an account, will be visible to all team members and hence they can share

  • Hello Pages can only be edited/ deleted by the users who had created the specific page; other users can only view and share them
