Hello email is a bulk email service available in your HelloLeads Web App to improve your sales follow-ups, customer engagement, and make your product update email campaigns smarter, better, and effective.
Your HelloLeads CRM helps you to engage with many of your leads and customers in one go. You can send personalized smart follow-up emails using the Hello Email feature.
To access Hello Email, log in to your HelloLeads web app, choose Hello Email option from the left-side menu
Compose an Email content for your campaign
Target your leads using the filter option and trigger the email campaign
To create and manage your email templates, go to ‘Hello Email’ option in the side menu and choose ‘Email Template’
In compose section (on the right panel), you can name your template, draft your email subject and content, once drafted click on “Save” to store the template. The saved templates will be listed in the “Email Templates List” (on the left-side).
While running email campaign, to make the process quicker, you can populate email content directly from the your saved email templates. To use your saved email templates, select the desired template from the ‘select template’ dropdown and then the subject and email content will be auto-populated.
After composing your email, previewing the output of your email campaign helps you to refine your email contents - be it spell check, spacing, alignment, and content visualization. You can test your email campaign by sending it to yourself or your internal team members for a quick review.
Click on Send button to send out the test email
You can target leads or prospects for your email campaign once you've written your email and successfully tested your campaign. Under the "Run Email Campaign" section, choose "Filter leads," apply your criteria, and submit to choose the leads you want. For your reference, the filtered parameter and the number of leads or prospects chosen for your email campaign will be shown. Your filtered leads can be improved as often as necessary.
Once you have selected your target leads, you can click the “Send” button to run your email campaign. You can also add unsubscribe link to your emails by enabling the check box.
In addition to sending email campaigns to your leads and prospects, knowing the responses to your emails, for example, the number of contacts opened your emails and the number of contacts unsubscribed from your email could help to improve your email marketing methodology.
You can view these details in the metrics tab on Hello Email page.
In your HelloLeads web application, to send emails to your leads using Hello Email or the individual email that you send to a specific lead or customer.
We recommend you to do SMTP configuration as a first step.
You can send email from your own email ID by using an SMTP Service. You can configure your SMTP host within HelloLeads Web App to customize the ‘from email address’ and to send emails using your email client. Click here to know more (link for SMTP)
