How To add new enquiries from Interakt into HelloLeads CRM

When you have published your WhatsApp API number for your new leads / enquiries to contact you, you will need a system to capture these new enquiries automatically for further followup and conversion.

HelloLeads CRM provides you with the feature where any new enquiry into Interakt will be automatically added as a lead in HelloLeads CRM once in every 30 mins.

Below are the steps on how this functionality can be set up in HelloLeads CRM

1. Go to Left side Menu >> Integration

2. Choose “WhatsApp communication”

3. Choose Interakt

4. Integrate your Interakt account with HelloLeads ( How to integrate Interakt with HelloLeads)

5. Once integrate, various features that are supported by HelloLeads together with Interakt will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen

6. Choose the first option “ Capture new enquiries automatically”

7. In the popup that is displayed, click the first tab named “Capture new enquiries automatically”

8. Select the list where the new enquiries need to be added as lead in HelloLeads CRM. Click “Save”

From now on, all new enquiries from Interakt will automatically be added into the selected list in HelloLeads.
