Be it field sales, walk in customers or people you meet at expos or tradeshows – Traditional ways of filling a paper-based enquiry form or collecting their business cards, are cumbersome.

HelloLeads CRM provides you a simple and effective option, called Hello Forms, to capture and add customer information into your HelloLeads account without any application, anytime, anywhere.

Hello Forms is a simple and easy-to-fill webpage with a set of customized fields and questions where your leads or customers can themselves provide their contact information and their business needs.

All the enquiries submitted in the form will be automatically added as leads or customer in your HelloLeads account. The exciting fact is, you do not need a website to use Hello Form.

Creating Hello Forms

Hello Forms are automatically created when you create a list. So to use a HelloForm, you need to create a list which will be the destination for all lead details that are shared through that HelloForm.

In the web app you have two ways to access your Hello Forms

1. Click on the left-hand panel under Add Leads- Tap on Hello Forms

2. Click on the left hand panel under Add Leads- Tap on More ways to add Leads

Choose Hello Forms

Each list is automatically linked to a form and the same can be edited to collect the relevant information specific to your tailored requirement.

The explanation of the icons are elaborate as below

Click on Edit Field to customize the form

HelloForms is 100% customizable

It may be fully customised, including the form title, logo, background,group title, field names, display on/off, mandatory field marking, and success message.

Note:

• Potential fields - 'High', 'Medium', 'Low' and 'Not Relevant' will be displayed as 'Immediate', 'Medium term', 'Long Term', 'Not interested in a purchase' respectively, in the Hello Form

• If you have mapped custom fields for the respective lists, it will get displayed after 'Notes' field, in the Hello Form.

• Custom fields for the respective lists will not be accessible in this 'Enquiry form configuration' section, instead, it will appear in the actual Hello Form

After making required changes, Click on Save.

You can review the form that will be visible to your customers when you click on ‘Open Hello Form in New Tab’ Icon

This will open the Hello Form and you can review the final form which will can be sent to your prospects to be filled in.

For easy access of the Hello Form, HelloLeads gives you a ready-to-use QR code, embedded with the URL of the form. To access, click on the ‘Download QR code’ option.

Using this option, you can preview and download QR code.

To access the Hello Form via URL – click on the 1st option to copy the Web URL. And, it can be shared to customers to share their business information.

Embed Hello Forms in your website

Another value adding benefit of Hello Forms is that, it can be embedded in your website with very less effort.

The code to embed this form can be copied by clicking on ‘Copy Code to Embed Hello Form’ and it can be shared to your development team to embed in your website or any landing pages. Also, the UI and color theme can be customized with help a web designing team.
