What should I do If a sales person resigns and moves on?
When a sales person from your team who is also a user in HelloLeads CRM resigns or moves on, you need make sure to delete that user from HelloLeads CRM as well.
Not removing / deleting the user from the HelloLeads application will put your Lead information at risk, as the person will still have access to the lead details based on the role mapped to the user.
So, it is a good practice to delete the user from your HelloLeads account for security purpose.
Before deleting the user, make sure the leads assigned to that user are reassigned to another user or moved to a separate list, so you can review and allocate them later.
Deleting of users can be done from both web and mobile application.

How to delete a user from HelloLeads Android application?
In Android Mobile application,
1. From the main menu go to “Manage User”
2. List of users in your HelloLeads account will be displayed
3. Click the 3 dots across the user you need to delete and choose “Delete user”
4. Confirm the action
5. The user is deleted
How to delete a user from HelloLeads Web application?
In HelloLeads Web application
1. Go to main menu on the left hand side
2. Click “Manage User”
3. List of users in your HelloLeads account will be displayed
4. Click the Delete icon under “Action”, across the user you need to delete.
5. In case if there are any leads assigned to the user whom you’re trying to delete, you will be asked to reassign the leads to another user
6. In case if the user whom you’re trying to delete, is a list owner of any of the list created in your HelloLeads account, you will be asked to select another list owner for those lists.
7. Upon completing the above two assignments and confirming the deletion of the user, the user will be deleted from your HelloLeads account.
How to delete a user from HelloLeads iOS application?
In iOS Mobile application,
1. Go to “My Team” option
2. Swipe the user row that you want to delete to the left
3. Choose ‘Delete’ option
4. Confirm the action
5. The user is deleted
Note:
1. Deleting of a user from HelloLeads will not make any changes to the leads assigned to that user or delete the lead information.
2. Changing of a password of a user login do not stop the user from having access to your HelloLeads account, thus deleting the user is a mandatory step when your sales person resigns or moves on from your organization.
3. Deleting of a user can be done only by the user who is in the role of Account Owner.
