How To set up WhatsApp notification as a follow up reminder
1 . To Create a Message template for followup reminder and submit it for approval, in your Interakt portal, go to “Templates” and click on “Create New”
2. Give a unique Template Name, Choose the Category as Utility, and Choose your desired Language, Provide a Header for the message content. (If you wish to send the message in your own native language, ensure to capture the lead name in the same language in HelloLeads CRM)
3. Write the message content in the Body, please find below the sample content to create the template.
Sample template content: Followup Reminder Dear {{1}} , It is time for you to follow up with {{2}} , {{3}} on {{4}} {{5}} . Lead stage: {{6}} Followup notes: {{7}}

7.Provide the sample parameters and submit the template for review.
8. Once the template is approved, we need to create a Campaign (notification) with the approved template.
9. Click Notification in the Menu and click on ‘New Campaign’
10. "Start from Scratch".
11. Provide the campaign with a unique name for quick identification.
12. Select the notification type as "ongoing", and add the trigger as "After the customer does an event". Set the event name as " FollowupReminder" and choose to send immediately.
13. Choose a pre-approved template that is created for Followup reminder to be sent from HelloLeads.
14. Map the value for each variable {{x}} from the created event
15. In ‘Set next steps after customer replies’, make required setup as per your business needs.
16. In the Scheduling, choose Start sending to "Immediately" and stop sending to "never".
17. Set the campaign live and view the campaign status on the Notification screen.
18. Go to HelloLeads CRM and under user profile >> Email/WhatsApp Preference, enable “Get reminded by WhatsApp for all your lead based followups”.
Here is how it works: Whenever a followup is set for a lead or customer, HelloLeads will send the notification to the user assigned to that Lead through WhatsApp within 10 of the time of followup to remind him / her about the followup .
