Your HelloLeads application helps you to organize, track and manage all your website enquiries in a simple and easy way. You can easily convert your website enquiries into leads and customers and you can do regular and on-time follow-ups.
Whenever you create a new list, your HelloLeads automatically creates a list specific enquiry form script. Similar to the add lead form, the fields to capture basic, contact, address, and qualifier information (business needs) will be added to the enquiry form by default.
Based on your business needs, you can customize the set of fields to be displayed in your website enquiry form. For customizing the form, login to your HelloLeads account in Web application and navigate to Settings -> Web Form Integration.
As a first step, select the list for which you wish to customize the website enquiry form.
List of fields under each section will be listed and you can choose the field you would like to add to your enquiry form. To add or remove a field in the form, turn “ON/ OFF” the switch under display section and to set the any field as mandatory, choose “ON” in mandatory.
You can also modify and customize the field name and heading of each section to meet your business needs.
If you wish to add additional fields to your digital enquiry form, you can achieve it using Custom Qualifiers (fields). Note that custom qualifiers have to be added in the respective list to get them displayed in DEF.
To manage custom qualifiers, select “Click here” in the note. Add a custom field to your list and save your form (Learn more about custom fields or custom qualifiers)
Once you have configured the website enquiry form, go to ‘Website Integration’ section in web form integration page, copy the script and insert the code in the suitable place in your website where you wish to position your website enquiry form.
After using the script, you can take support of your internal web development team for any additional user interface, design improvements to be done in the enquiry form.
