Do more with your Typeform leads

Introduction

If you are using Typeform to generate leads for your business, you realize tracking and managing leads generated from each Typeform is always a challenge. But not anymore.

Your HelloLeads CRM provides you a quick and easy way to capture leads from your Typeform into your HelloLeads account automatically and instantly.

Whenever a lead responds to your Typeform and submits their contact and business information, they will be automatically added as a lead in your HelloLeads account. Also, an auto-greeting message (or auto text) with your response and digital business card can be sent to your Typeform leads by email, WhatsApp and text message.

How to integrate Typeform Account with HelloLeads CRM

You can integrate your Typeform account with your HelloLeads account using HelloLeads web app.

To integrate Typeform, login to your HelloLeads web app (https://app.helloleads.io) using the HelloLeads credentials that you use for your mobile app and go to Integration screen (from the side menu) and select ‘Typeform’ (or) access the following link to quickly access Typeform Integration screen - https://app.helloleads.io/app/account/emailverify?nextURL?=/typeformInteg

You will be prompted to provide “Typeform's Personal Access Token” to integrate your Typeform account with HelloLeads CRM account. Please follow the suggested steps to obtain your Typeform Personal Access Token.

Once you had obtained your Typeform's Personal Access Token, enter the Token in the input field and click on ‘Integrate’.

Upon validating your Typeform Token, your Typeform account will be integrated with your HelloLeads account and all your Typeform forms will be displayed in the screen.

Connect a Typeform and Map Fields

To connect each form with HelloLeads CRM, click the “Connect form” button. Incase you’re not sure of the form you want to connect, use “View Form” on the right hand side top of the Typeform card to view the form.

Once connected, you can map the Typeform field with HelloLeads fields.

Choose the list where these leads need to be added.

List name, First name, Email or Mobile are mandatory fields that need to be mapped to receive value into HelloLeads CRM.

Set default value for a field

You have the option to either map a specific Typeform field with HelloLeads based field or setup a default value. To set a default value for the field, click 'Click here to enter a custom value' at the end of the dropdown menu, then enter the desired value.

Mapping of Custom Field

If any fields cannot be mapped to HelloLeads standard fields, you can map them under 'Notes' and provide additional details as needed. In the 'Notes' field, you can map the Typeform fields and also add your own text for more clarity.

After completing the necessary mapping, click on 'Submit.' A popup will appear to confirm the mapping.

Test Typeform Integration

To test your Typeform Integration you can either click

1. “Yes, let me try” from mapping success popup window (or)
2. “Add Test Lead” from the Typeform connect card.

The integration is now complete.

All new leads added via Typeform will automatically be added into your HelloLeads CRM account.

Every time when a lead is added to your list, an automatic introductory message ( Email / WhatsApp / Text (SMS)) can be sent to the lead.
