Setting Up your SMS – Setting up your default messages

Introduction

HelloLeads CRM allows you to harness the power of SMS to reach out to your prospects and customers.

You can set up your SMS/Messaging Services using HelloLeads Web App.

Click on Hello SMS

To reach out to your customers with SMS you would need to

• Configure Hello SMS to your Account

• Set up Messaging Templates

And you can send messages to your leads and customers either individually or through bulk send.

Configuring Hello SMS to your Account

This step can be done through HelloLeads Web App

Once you reach the Hello SMS Page, Go to Settings Tab

As of now HelloLeads CRM allows you to integrate with Twilio and MSG91 for the SMS options. If you require any further integrations, please get in touch with our support team.

You would need an account with Twilio or MSG91to start with.

When you select Twilio, the following screen pops up

You would need to gather these details from your Twilio Account- Account SID, Auth Token, Messaging Services ID, Twilio Number & The Mobile number to send the test message.

Once all this is done, you can verify the integration by sending a test message. Your HelloLeads CRM is now integrated with your Twilio account enabling you to send individual or Bulk SMS as per your Twilio plan.

When you select MSG91. The following screen pops up

You can get the details from your MSG91 account and click on configure.

Once done, your HelloLeads CRM would be integrated with your MSG91 account. You would be able to send individual or bulk messages /SMS based on your MSG91 plan

Creating Texting/SMS Templates

Once configuration is done.

Access the SMS template page by clicking on the SMS Template Tab

Create the Template Header and then Type in the content. You can integrate the Visitor name and Visitor company Name in the template to personalize your message. This can be saved and can be sent either as an individual text or bulk SMS option.

Note : The Template screen would slightly differ based on the restrictions of your service provider ( Twilio or MSG91)

Creating SMS Campaign

To create an SMS Campaign after configuring your SMS and creating SMS template click on SMS campaign Tab

Choose on the SMS Template.

You can choose to test Text to a particular number

And also Run the Campaign as per your filters to target specific propsects

And run the campaign as per your requirements.
