Through My Team Performance reports, your HelloLeads application gives you a birds-eye view of how each of your team member is performing – in terms of both effort and results.
We have identified the below key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter to your business and improving sales.
Your HelloLeads mobile app provides you performance analysis, against above KPIs, for individual sales member as well as overall team analysis over a selected period of time.
Each indicator is presented for a user along with % of the total value and % of change (increase / decrease) for the chosen period vs respective last period.
For example, if you choose ‘this week’, then the % of change gives you change with respect to last week (Week represents Sunday 00:00 hrs. to Saturday 23:59 hrs.)
Note: if time period is chosen as lifetime or custom, comparative percentage analysis will not be displayed.
When you or your team, perform activities that help in improving sales and grow the business, reward points are offered to that specific user.

Using HelloLeads CRM would foster an engaged environment for the sales team and identifies the behaviours of sales leader, which can be utilised by the sales manager/account owner to reward such performances. This is a significant motivator to reinforce positive behaviour among the sales team
Lead additions helps you to identify how many leads are added by a specific user for a chosen time period.
More leads in the top of the sales pipeline improves the possibility of having more sales conversions. It is important that each and every person in your sales team helps in increasing the top of the sales funnel by bringing more leads and customers.
Lead conversion gives you an overview of number of leads being converted to customers by a specific user for a chosen time period.
Leads won are determined by lead stage. Leads for which the lead stage in changed to a ‘won’ state is considered as won.
Deal value indicates total amount of deal value of the leads converted to won stage by given sales team member during the selected period.
Leads won and deal value won are inter-related, and knowing the cumulative deals won by a specific sales associates will be necessary for an effective sales analysis.
For example, total deal value of converting 10 leads in a month at a lower deal value may just meet your monthly target, on the other hand, converting a high potential lead may help you to surpass your monthly target.
Comments added gives you the total number of comments added or activities posted by a user (or a set of users) for a chosen time period.
Having the history of conversations and activities helps in improving quality of customer information and helps in improving sales.
Calls handled gives an overview of number of calls handled by each user with an option to filter by (a) total calls or (b) incoming calls or (c) outgoing calls.
Keeping track of how many leads or customers have been connected by you and your sales team members by phone helps you understand where time is invested.
Total call duration provides you an overview of call duration for incoming calls, outgoing calls and total calls i.e., sum of incoming call and outgoing call handled by the specific user in android app.
In addition to knowing the total number of calls being handled, knowing the total time spent by your sales team on call can be eye opening and helpful.
This gives the WhatsApp activities done, that is Total Number of WhatsApp Activities (individual connect and through bulk action in Android) by the specific user.
WhatsApp messaging is convenient and used by all, this method would ensure a better reach out to the lead thereby strengthening the conversion process from lead to a customer
The total number of texting / SMS activities ( individual connect and through bulk action in Android and Web app) by the specific user is listed out. This can give a fair idea of how active your team is in reaching out to the leads via texts/SMS messages
The total number of email activities (individual connect and through Bulk action in Android and Web App ) by the specific user are recorded.
The total number of quotes and invoices created for each lead, designed to the specific user are displayed. This will help the owner/manager understand how leads are moving through the various stage of conversion. And statistics about how the team members have performed vis-a vis in terms of conversions from leads to customers would help in reducing the sales cycle.
App usage time gives you total app usage time (in android) of all the sales team members (Users) in your HelloLeads account.
Increased usage time of CRM, like HelloLeads, improves the quality of data and increases the effectiveness of sales process and improves your sales.
Note:
1. For App usage time indicator to work, your HelloLeads mobile app requires usage access permission. To enable this permission - Go to Device settings -> Apps & Notifications -> Special App Access -> Usage Access -> HelloLeads -> Turn on Access
2. The usage time will be calculated only after the permissions is granted
3. App usage time is currently calculated for users on the android platform
Locations visited gives the number of locations visited by each user i.e., comments added in activities section with device location turned on (in android application).
Your HelloLeads mobile app enables you to capture the location from where an activity or a comment is being posted and hence helps you to track the locations visited. To track the locations visited, turn on GPS in your mobile and use the activity tab to post comments or tap on location icon and do check-in / check-out activity.
