HelloLeads helps you to automatically capture leads generated from other third-party lead generation platforms for example Facebook or Google Ads. This ensures that you respond to them quickly and improve sales conversions.
You can set up automated greeting emails and auto text messages to instantly respond to the inquiries/ leads generated from your lead gen providers. You can assign your team members as list owners and make the respective leads assigned to them for follow-ups and sales closures.
For each lead generation provider, HelloLeads will prompt you to enter a few information that allows us to connect with your third party’s account and to obtain the lead information.
Along with sharing of the integration-related details, you also need to select a specific list (in HelloLeads) for each provider, into which HelloLeads will automatically add the lead information. For each account in a third-party provider, there can only be one corresponding list. One list can be configured with any number of third-party provider accounts.
There are two methods of lead data flow either push or pull.
1. Push - A few providers have the integration setup in their side and they automatically push lead information to HelloLeads on a real-time basis i.e., whenever there is a new inquiry/ lead, the information will be instantly sent/ pushed to HelloLeads and will be added as a new lead.
2. Pull - A few providers do not push real-time data into HelloLeads. Instead, HelloLeads will pull data from the provider / lead gen platform at a regular interval of time. For example every 1 hour, or 30 minutes depending on the platform.
