In addition to the popular WhatsApp messaging, you can also use traditional texting or email for connecting with multiple leads/ customers at once.

Your HelloLeads mobile app helps you to send bulk messages to your leads and customers instantly by WhatsApp/ WhatsApp Business app, Texting/ SMS and emailing app and makes the communication quick and easy.

Templates

You can create a set of customized and personalized templates for repetitive use. For example, you can create templates for initial promotional, branding message of each product and standard acknowledgement message to send after connecting with them.

Steps

To use Hello Connect , go to home page, tap on the lead profile picture , choose the leads you wish to send bulk messages and click the send icon at the top of the screen.

Follow the below simple 3-step process to send messages to multiple contacts.

Once the app and template are chosen, click send icon against each lead name (contact or prospect) to send messages.

You will be redirected to the respective apps - WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, texting / SMS app or emailing app with pre-populated personalized content. You have an opportunity to review the content (and edit if required) each time before you send the message to the prospect or customer.

After sending the message to your lead/ customer, and moving back to your HelloLeads mobile app, you will be prompted with an option to add notes for message you sent via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, texting / SMS app or emailing app.

Adding this notes, will help you to get an activity log added against the lead and will be reflected in My Team Performance report.

Once you choose the preferred application, contact details for the corresponding selected leads (example WhatsApp) will be checked and you will get notified if the required contact details available or not.

For example, if WhatsApp is selected, all the chosen lead will be validated to see if they have WhatsApp numbers. The status of how many leads have valid details and how many does not have the valid details will be shown before you proceed further. The same applies to email, texting/ SMS also.
