Introduction

If you are using Facebook lead-gen campaigns, you realize tracking and managing leads generated from Facebook is always a challenge. But not anymore.

Your HelloLeads provides you a quick and easy way to capture leads from your Facebook Lead Ads Campaigns into your HelloLeads mobile app automatically and instantly.

Whenever a lead responds to your Lead Ads Campaign and submits their contact and business information, they will be automatically added as a lead in your HelloLeads account. Also, an auto-greeting message (or auto text) with your response and digital business card can be sent to your Facebook leads by email and text message.

How to integrate Facebook & HelloLeads

You can integrate your Facebook page with your HelloLeads account using HelloLeads web app.

To integrate Facebook, log-in to your HelloLeads web app using the HelloLeads credentials that you use for your mobile app (https://app.helloleads.io/index.php/app/account/login) and then go to Facebook integration page (menu Face book integration) as shown below

Click the 'Connect with Facebook' option to log-in your Facebook account and provide access authorization to your HelloLeads application

Once your Facebook account is connected, all the pages created in your Facebook account will be pulled and displayed in your HelloLeads webapp.

Subscribe/ Connect to the required business pages in which you run Lead Ads Campaign to generate leads. All the campaigns and the ads run for the campaigns will be displayed here.

Map your FB form fields with HelloLeads Fields

Once you connect your page, you will be provided option to map your FB form base fields with HelloLeads standard fields.

In the Facebook Ad Field Mapping popup, choose the form with which the Ad is currently running.

Left side will have all the HelloLeads standard field and to the right all the fields form the form will be displayed in a dropdown format.

Choose / map each of the HelloLeads standard field with its respective Facebook form field.

Note:

• All fields from Facebook form that are not mapped will be automatically created as custom fields and the values will also be captured as a part of Notes.
• In case the field mapped in Email does not get valid email , it will be replaced with blank and the value received will be captured in Notes for further review
• In case the field mapped in Mobile does not get valid mobile number, it will be replaced with 0 and the value received will be captured in Notes for further review

In case the field mapping need to be changed at any later days, use the "Field Mapping" button inside each page specific box, to access the mapping and change it.

Map FB ads and HelloLeads Lists

"Map FB ads and HelloLeads Lists" option helps you to map the required target List for each ad.

This option available at the right hand side top will help to map your FB ads to specific list.

( Note: If there are multiple users having access to a Facebook page through HelloLeads, only one of them can subscribe )

Once you subscribe a business page, a new list will be automatically created with the name as "FB_Leads_#YourPageName#" and you can map this new list to your ads. Leads generated from multiple ad campaigns of the page will be instantly added to this list.

If you would like to maintain separate list of leads generated for each ad campaigns, you can create separate lists and map each list to your respective ad campaigns using "Map FB ads and HelloLeads Lists" option.

Connect to Facebook leads instantly by WhatsApp, email or texts

Connecting with your Facebook leads instantly helps you to engage better with the leads and create good impression with them.

Once you mapped your business page or your ad campaign to a list, you can create a custom email and auto text message or SMS for the list (related to your business page / ad campaign), so that you can send a customized greeting or acknowledgement to your Facebook leads instantly. Your HelloLeads mobile app also provides one-touch-rapid-response WhatsApp templates to send personalized introductions and response to your Facebook leads.

Use the WhatsApp icon in each lead details page to access WhatsApp templates and use them.

Distribute your Facebook leads to your team instantly

Each of the user added to your HelloLeads account can integrate one Facebook account to their login id. Thus if each user has their own Facebook account or page assigned to them, they can integrate it to the HelloLeads account from their login id. Map the ads to the respective list and have the Leads captured , assigned and notified instantaneously.

Using HelloLeads, you can also automatically assign your Facebook leads to your sales team members, for follow ups and sales conversion.

For each list you have mapped with your Facebook business page or Facebook ad campaigns, you can assign a sales team member as List owner and the leads that are added to each list will be automatically assigned to the chosen team member (List owner). This process of auto distribution saves time and makes life easy for you and your sales team.
