Utilise the advantage of Lists

Editing the List can be done in both the Hello Leads Web app and Mobile App. Let us explore in detail on how to do this in

a. HelloLeads Web App

b. HelloLeads Android App

c. In the HelloLeads Web App

In Edit Lists, You can choose the tabs as displayed below to perform the respective actions

1. Change List Characteristics

2. Map Custom Qualifiers

3. Clone or Copy Lists

4. Hello Forms

5. Change History

6. Delete Lists

Go to Manage List Page in HelloLeads Web App

Click on Edit List

In This tab you can

• Edit the List Name

• Change the List Owner

• Choose to send automatic greeting email and share business card

• Attach images, videos or other attachment (max size 5 MB) along with your greeting mail

• Edit the template of the greeting mail

All these personalisation options are available at the click of your mouse.

The second Tab is Custom Fields

This allows custom fields that you have previously created

The third Tab is – Copy or Clone

Once you click on this the following screen is shown

The particular list and its settings will be copied or cloned. Please note the leads or data in the list, will not be copied.

You can edit the details accordingly like list name etc and click on clone.

The following notification pops up confirming the cloning of the list on the top right corner of the web page.

The Next tab is the Hello Form Tab

HelloForm allows you to customise the digital enquiry form for that respective list

Clicking on this will take you to the hello form tab for that list. You can either download the QR code for sharing or customise the form or preview the form. To know more click here

The Next tab is the Change History Tab

This tab when clicked would show the history of the list and make note of any modifications made to the list

The final tab is the Delete tab

Once you click on this the following message pops up which reconfirms if you would like to delete the list and also inform you of that the leads in the list will be deleted.

Once you click on Delete, a notification pops up in the right hand corner of the screen confirming the deletion.

In the HelloLeads Android App

To manage Lists- Go to the Menu Panel

Click on Manage List

Next to each Lists you have 3 horizontal dots. Click on it to

1. View the List Info

2. Clone List

3. Edit List

4. Delete List

Viewing the List Info

This option will allow you to view all the information pertaining to the list

The details would be

1. List Owner

2. Created On Date

3. Number of Leads

4. Number of Follow Ups

5. Greeting Email Option Enabled or Disabled

6. Sharing Business Card Option Enabled or Disabled

Clone List

This would allow you to clone or copy the list. Please make note that the leads in the list would not be cloned only the list and the list related features like greeting email sent etc would be cloned.

Edit List

This would allow you to edit the specific List like List Name, Sharing Business cards and sending greeting email. Please note that the list owner cannot be changed in the android app. For this you would need to edit in the web app( link to edit list in web app)

After editing, Please click on the tick icon to save the changes.

Delete List

Using this option the list and the leads in the list can be deleted.
