HelloLeads CRM understand that all your lead and customer data need to be available and up-to-date irrespective of the device you or your team members use.
To make lead and customer data available across different platforms and devices, the data needs to be in sync. Hence HelloLeads is designed in such a way to automatically synchronize your data between cloud and the devices you use. With frequent sync process, everyone in sales team will be on the same page.
HelloLeads CRM is a cloud-based application and can be accessed from your laptop, Android or iPhone.
The lead details added in your HelloLeads CRM app, using any one of the platforms, will be automatically reflected in other platforms through sync process that happens at a pre-defined frequency.
In HelloLeads Android app, the data is automatically synced with the cloud server every 15 minutes and hence all your data get synced across different devices. So, any changes done to your data in the web app or in your mobile app, will take minimum of 1 sec to a maximum of 15 mins to sync and reflect the changes in other devices.
You can also manually sync your data in your HelloLeads mobile app.
To manually sync the recent changes, go to menu (⁝)> “Tap to sync data” (or) Menu > Settings > Tap to sync data.
Syncing of lead and customer data across different platform is taken care by a back-end program and it may get interrupted due to some unexpected scenarios. If it gets interrupted, it will usually succeed in the next sync cycle.
One common reason that your lead data is not getting synced would be due to no or poor internet connectivity. So, when you face issues with data sync, first thing to check is your internet connection.
In addition to poor internet connection, few other reasons or possibilities when data sync did not happen as expected are described below.
1. If the battery saver is ON and when your phone runs with low battery, your phone blocks few apps including HelloLeads app to run in background and this interferes with sync function Charging battery will help you to re-start the sync process
2. Notification option for your HelloLeads app is disabled in your phone settings
3. App auto start option is OFF in your phone settings
4. In Android, in some specific models (like Xiaomi, OnePlus, VIVO) where the OS is hybrid, sync functionality requires app to always run in the background. So, make sure HelloLeads app is not closed, but only minimized while not in use
From our experience, most of the data sync issues are because of poor internet connection. So, check your data connectivity if you face a data sync issue.
When you add a new lead or customer in your HelloLeads CRM, it is synced immediately without having to wait for the 15-minutes sync cycle. This ensures you can have access to the newly added lead data immediately.
