You have complete control on your account. You can delete all your records and close your account any time you wish

When do customers use ‘delete my account’ option?

  1. One cannot use same email ID on two HelloLeads accounts. Hence, if you are supposed to get added as a user i.e., sales team member in a different HelloLeads account of your organization but you signed-up a new HelloLeads account – you can use this option to close your current account and use your email address to get added as a user in another account

  2. If you had explored HelloLeads, and found it not suitable for your business needs or you didn’t get what you are looking for – you can use this option to close your HelloLeads account and delete all your information

Where do I find ‘Delete my account’ option?

To access ‘delete my account’ option,

  • Log in to your account using HelloLeads web application Use this login link

  • Go to Settings (6th icon on the side menu) > Company Profile, at the end of the company profile page, you can access “Delete all data and close my account” option

  • Before initiating the delete option, add your feedback on why you are closing your account

Note: By default, Company Profile is accessible only for users in Account Owner role; and hence this option ‘Delete my account’ is only accessible for the person who originally registered for the account.

If I do not use my account for some time, will my account get deleted?

Yes. If your HelloLeads account is inactive or not used for more than 6 months, your account will be deleted. But, before deleting, you will receive the data that you have stored, in an email.

What does happen to my data and account info?

When you initiate deletion of your HelloLeads account:

  1. Before the deletion process, the following data in your HelloLeads account will be sent as a ZIP file via email, to the registered user’s email address (other users in the account, will be just notified about the account deletion activity)

    1. Leads and customer records

    2. Comments

    3. Leads business card images

    4. Users information

    5. Product group data

    6. Customer group data

  2. Once done, all the account related information will be hard-deleted from HelloLeads database. This means the account and all other information cannot be retrieved later
