It is quite common for our customers, like you, sign up and try out HelloLeads application using your personal email IDs or a Gmail IDs.
But once you are convinced that HelloLeads is a good fit for your business, you want to change your personal email ID or Gmail ID associated with your HelloLeads account to your business email ID. Changing the email ID associated with your HelloLeads account is possible, easy, and quick.
Click on My Profile from the menu in the top right corner of your HelloLeads Web App
Once in the User Profile page, you can change your email id accordingly and click on Submit
A Message pops up asking you to verify this email id. Check your inbox and verify the email by clicking the link in the email.
Note: Please check your SPAM folder also in case you have not received the verification link in your inbox
You can also change team member / user’s registered Email Id by clicking on the ‘My Team’ option in the left side menu panel in your HelloLeads Web App
Click on the edit button across any user to change the email id of your team mates. This is possible only if you are the account owner of that HelloLeads CRM account.
Note:
If you change the email address, you will be logged out of the HelloLeads app for security reasons and you need to re-login using the new email address and with your old password (password remains the same)
As per the roles and permissions defined in your HelloLeads, users with ‘Account Owner’ role can only modify user details.
