HelloLeads CRM lets you send a customized and personalized greeting through email to your leads and customers.
Let us see a step by step guide on how to set this up.
Click on the Hello Email Icon in the Menu Panel.
Click on Birthday Greetings
Click on the Birthday Wishes Tab
By Default these options would be disabled. The first step is to enable this here in web app. Once enabled, a prompt would be displayed
Click on Proceed.
This is the universal enable switch for your account in Hello Leads CRM ,which needs to be enabled to be able to choose the customers or leads whose birth day you would like to automate your wishes.
For events other than Birth days, like Anniversary or Date of Purchase of property, you may choose to enable special day wishes.
Once enabled this greeting wishes global switch in Web app, you can go to the specific lead or customer’s lead details to automate birthday emails and/or special day emails.
Go to All Leads screen by clicking on the All Leads Icon in the Menu Panel. Choose the leads as per your requirement.
Click on the lead to view the details of the lead.
Scroll down below to view the information about the customer
Click on Edit in the info + section.
Enable the check box to send auto email birthday wishes every year. The same can be enabled to send auto email for special event date.
Once this is done click on Update button to save the modification.
Select the email template option by clicking on the Hello Email icon in the menu bar
In the Manage Email Templates window, click on Birthday Wishes Tab
Both (Birthday wishes and special day wishes) templates would be available and they can be personalised as per your requirements
Once enabled at the account level and contact (lead) levels, delight your customers / leads by being with them on their life moments.
Note:
Configure your SMTP( Link to SMTP) if you wish to send the greeting email and special event email from your domain email address. Else the mail would be sent from greetings@helloleads.io.
