Introduction

HelloLeads provides integration with IVRS Platforms i.e integrated voice response systems so that you can route calls, records calls or do number masking.

HelloLeads already captures below information for each call (if you have enabled call tracking).

1. Date & time of call

2. User who called

3. Incoming / outgoing

4. Duration of call

There are some situations where you will need recording of the calls done from HelloLeads. Also you may want to mask number of incoming or outgoing calls. The IVR / cloud telephony integration from HelloLeads can help you achieve it. This ensures you to get the most out of your sales calls.

Integration Steps

For each IVR/ cloud telephony platform, based on the configuration setup, HelloLeads will prompt you to enter a few information that allows HelloLeads to integrate with the providers and allow you to make and track calls from HelloLeads web and mobile applications.

Below are the Providers and the required fields to integrate.

1. IVR - Exotel

In order to have a successful integration of HelloLeads with Exotel, the following tasks need to be taken care in Exotel:

1. Sign up for an Exotel Account.

2. Purchase ExoPhone to be used by HelloLeads CRM users/agents for inbound and outbound calls.

3. From the API section, make a note of Account SID, API Key and API Token

Setting up of Integration in Exotel portal

In order to set up the integration, follow these five steps:

1. Create Co-Workers and Group. The co-wokers should be the user in HelloLeads with same mobile number.

2. Import HelloLeads call flow app

3. Associate the call flow to the ExoPhones

4. Share the below Exotel details to support@helloleads.io with Sub as “ Integration to Exotel “

a) Account SID from Exotel

b) Auth token or Authentication Token

c) API key

d) Agent Number / User mobile no

e) Virtual Number / callerId

f) HelloLeads list name

2. IVR – Knowlarity

In order to have a successful integration of HelloLeads with Knowlarity, the following tasks need to be taken care in Knowlarity side:

1. Create an account in Knowlarity

2. Connect with the Knowlarity support team to build the integration for HelloLeads.
