How it Works

For each List being created at HelloLeads account, you will be given a List-URL and List-QR code. This URL or QR code can be used to reach the Digital Enquiry Form.

Information captured in this Digital Enquiry Form will be directly added as a lead in your HelloLeads account within the given list.

Customizing the DEF

Customizing Digital Enquiry Form for your business needs is easy and quick. You can use enquiry form configuration option to customize the Digital Enquiry Form (DEF) the way you need it.

Customizing the Digital Enquiry Form option allows you to customize the title, response, display text, show/hide fields and also to set which fields are mandatory. To access enquiry form configuration option, Login to HelloLeads web app, go to settings and then to enquiry form config.

1. Create a list and check your email for information on List URL or get the list URL from the list itself (look for Digital Enquiry Form icon on the top right of each list)
2. Run the List-URL in a browser or scan the QR code
3. A KIOSK or a tablet with the Digital Enquiry Form in your booth will make it convenient for Visitors to enter their information and business needs
4. Enabling your visitors to enter their info in Digital Enquiry Form allows you to obtain their information as a lead in your HelloLeads account. Instantly, visitors will be acknowledged with your greeting email (pre-configured) sharing your contact information and product details.
