We all know that first impression is best impression. But we normally greet and share our information to the visitors to our booth after the show is over, by email or SMS, and it is not uncommon that this takes 3 days or a week or some time two weeks. Also at times, we never acknowledge their visits and the discussions we had.
What if we can send a greeting email to the people who visited your booth before they enter next booth i.e within 2 mins. Sounds like a harry Potter’s magic?
Now, you can do that with help of HelloLeads.
3 Simple steps
- Click on the Add button drop down on the HelloLeads Web App
- Define a List name as Event Name or Source where the leads are generated for your reference
- Now using #Hash Tag#, you can personalize a greeting email which will be sent when you add a lead in HelloLeads under this list
In the mobile app, select this list and click on the add lead button and email will be sent automatically to the visitor within 2 mins.
There is a check box on the bottom of the page, you can disable it if you don’t want to send this email for specific person whom you want to send email with more information.
