Green tea is one of the healthiest beverages. In recent days, it is preferred by most people working in offices. This is because most of us sit in the front of computer for at least 8 hrs. As the physical work is very less, this results in obesity. So, consuming green tea can reduce your weight. Green tea contains antioxidants and nutrients that provide energy to our body. It improves the brain functioning thereby keeping you in an active state. Seeing its benefits, why don’t you prefer green tea over coffee or tea for a change from today!

Banana:

The “Poor man’s apple” carrot is rich in vitamin A and iron. Since, most of us these days are working with computer, it is essential that we must take care of our eye sight. And carrot is one of the forms of vitamin A that is good for our eyes. Carrot also has a crunchy texture and sweet taste. Another benefit of carrot is  skin care. Nuts:

The consumption of nuts is very essential for our body. These nuts include almonds, walnuts, brazilnuts, and hazelnuts. Nuts help you in protecting from cancer, heart diseases, Alzheimer’s disease and helps you in boosting the immune system. They are also good for skin and hair.

Chips:
