HelloDIAL - Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HelloDIAL services, which are provided by Dextrasys Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using HelloDIAL, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the services.

1. Account Registration

To use HelloDIAL, you must create an account, using the sister app HelloLeads CRM, by providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You agree to keep your account information up-to-date and confidential.

2. Login and Authentication

To access HelloDIAL, you must log in using your Email and Password that you used for registering the sister app HelloLeads CRM. If you do not already have HelloLeads CRM installed, you must download and install it, create an account, and use those credentials to log into HelloDIAL.

3. Service Usage

HelloDIAL is a call CRM that works with HelloLeads CRM, enabling you to make calls, log call outcomes, and track interactions with your leads and customers. On the otherhand, HelloLeads CRM allows you to capture, manage, and track leads and customer data.

By using HelloDIAL, you agree to the following:

  • You will only use the services for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • You will not misuse or abuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data

  • You are solely responsible for the use of your account and for any activities that occur under your account

4. Permissions and Default Phone App

  • Upon logging into HelloDIAL, you will be prompted to enable permissions for Phone, Manage own calls, Read phone state and Call log to allow seamless integration and automatic logging of calls made to leads and customers

  • It is mandatory to set HelloDIAL as your default phone app to log call duration and sync data

5. Data Syncing

Data entered in HelloDIAL (such as Call Outcome and Call Notes) will sync HelloLeads CRM. The sync happens with the corresponding lead's Recent Activity section in HelloLeads CRM. This syncing process ensures that all call logs and lead interactions are up-to-date and accessible across both platforms that you may use.

6. Call Logs and Data Usage

You acknowledge and agree that all calls made via HelloDIAL, along with the related Call Outcomes and Call Notes, will be logged and stored within HelloDIAL and HelloLeads CRM systems. These logs are part of your lead management process and will be visible in the Recent Activity section of each corresponding lead’s profile.

7. Privacy and Security

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and business data. By using HelloDIAL, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any other information related to your account.

8. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to keep HelloDIAL available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the services. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or other modifications that could temporarily disrupt service availability.

In the event you encounter issues with syncing data or using HelloDIAL, you can contact our support team at support@helloleads.io. Our support team is available to assist with troubleshooting syncing issues, app setup, and other service-related inquiries.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dextrasys Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of HelloDIAL. This includes any damages related to data loss, call logs, or disruptions in service.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and the revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use HelloDIAL after changes are made, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HelloDIAL if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any data stored within the system.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
